Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website cn1x.com and the services provided by CN1X ("we", "us", or "our"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
CN1X helps overseas brands grow in the Chinese market through WeChat Mini Program development, Xiaohongshu and Douyin operations, localization, traffic, payments and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or agreement.
2. Inquiries & Proposals
Information submitted through our contact form does not create a binding contract. A formal engagement begins only when both parties sign a written agreement or you accept a written proposal.
3. Fees & Payment
Fees, payment schedules and any platform or third-party costs are set out in your individual agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Late payments may pause active work.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, brand assets and approvals needed to deliver the services, and to ensure you hold the rights to any materials you supply. You are responsible for compliance with the laws applicable to your products and business.
5. Intellectual Property
Brand assets you provide remain yours. Deliverables created for you transfer to you upon full payment, except for our pre-existing tools, frameworks and know-how, which remain our property. We may reference completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.
6. Third-Party Platforms
Our services rely on third-party platforms (e.g. WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, payment and logistics providers). We do not control these platforms, and their availability, policies, fees and approval decisions are outside our control.
7. Disclaimers
We deliver services with professional care but do not guarantee specific commercial results, rankings, traffic or revenue. The website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CN1X is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement as described in the individual agreement. Fees for work performed up to termination remain payable.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
