CN1X ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website cn1x.com. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information when you use our website.

When you submit the contact form on our website, we collect:

If you use the chat assistant on our site, your messages are processed by our server (running on Cloudflare Workers AI) solely to generate replies. The conversation is kept only in your own browser and is not stored by us — unless you choose to submit it with your contact details, in which case it is handled like a contact-form inquiry.
To protect the contact form and chat from abuse, our server also processes your IP address and may keep a rate-limit counter tied to it for up to one hour. Your language preference for this site is stored only in your own browser (localStorage) and is never transmitted to us.
We do not use cookies for tracking. For aggregate traffic measurement we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookie-free service that does not build visitor profiles or track you across sites.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide solely to:
- Respond to your inquiry
- Provide information about our services
- Communicate with you about potential collaboration
3. Data Storage & Security
Your submission is transmitted securely (HTTPS) and processed by Cloudflare Workers. Inquiry data may be stored in Cloudflare KV for up to 24 months and delivered to our team via email (Resend). We take reasonable measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except:
- Service providers: Cloudflare (hosting and cookie-free web analytics), Resend (email delivery), Google Fonts (font hosting — your browser requests font files from Google when a page loads) — only as needed to operate the site and process your inquiry.
- Legal requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights.
5. Data Retention
We retain your contact information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of your inquiry, typically no longer than 24 months. You may request deletion at any time.
6. International Transfers
We serve clients internationally. Information you submit may be processed in the countries where our service providers operate (Cloudflare's global network; Resend in the United States) and may be accessed by our team from outside your jurisdiction, including from China. Where such transfers occur, we limit them to what is needed to respond to your inquiry.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict processing
